Bookings
Will be accepted by email only. At the time of booking, you must complete a booking form on behalf of yourself and all other persons on whose behalf the booking is made and pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value of the booking or full payment if booking less than 8 weeks before travel. When you send the booking form you are confirming that you understand and have accepted our booking conditions. Should you later cancel, cancellation charges will become payable in accordance with paragraph 6. We allow two days for your booking form and monies to reach us. If we do not receive them within this time, we will automatically release your reservation.

Paying for your property
Payment can be made by bank transfer directly to our bank account or by Credit Card (subject to administration charge of 3.5% for UK credit cards and 4% for non-UK credit cards) using Paypal. On receipt of payment, a confirmation receipt will be sent to you giving you details of the accommodation booked, dates and the total cost due including any optional taxi transfers you may have booked. This confirmation receipt forms a contract between Cubana Holiday Homes Pvt Ltd and the person to whom it is addressed and is based on the understanding that you, on behalf of yourself and all the other persons on whose behalf the booking is made, have read and understood Our Terms of Business, Booking Conditions and Booking Information. The full balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. We reserve the right to cancel your holiday (and invoke cancellation charges as detailed in paragraph 6) if payment is not received by the due date.

Security Deposit
You are required to put a security deposit of one week’s rental on our properties to cover any breakages/damages and cost of telephone calls. The Security Deposit will be returned to you within 1 week of your return less any costs. The Security Deposit can also be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation and in such cases will be returned upon departure in cash less any deductions for any damages.

Insurance
As a condition of booking, Cubana Holiday Homes Pvt Ltd requires that you take out adequate holiday insurance cover for each person in your party. At least 21 days prior to departure we will require you to send us your Insurance Company Name and policy number, together with the 24 hour emergency telephone number. If you fail to provide Cubana Holiday Homes Pvt Ltd with these details, we reserve the right to cancel your booking with no refund of payments you have made to us.

Changes by you
If, once a confirmation receipt has been issued, you wish to make any changes to your booking arrangements, for example dates or accommodation, you must notify us in writing. We will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Where we can make the changes, an administration charge of £25 per change of details will be made.  
If there are any last minute changes to your arrival arrangements, please inform our office immediately. If you fail to do this, any additional transfer costs will be charged locally.

Cancellation
Should you or any member of your party wish to cancel your booking or part of it, written notification (email or signed fax is sufficient) must be received from the party leader nominated on the booking form. Cancellation will become effective from the date on which written notification is received by Cubana Holiday Homes Pvt Ltd and cancellation charges will apply. We would advise that you check that we have successfully received your email/fax notification of cancellation. The cancellation charges are a percentage of the total price for the accommodation and services booked with Cubana Holiday Homes Pvt Ltd.

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance which covers against loss of deposit or cancellation fees.

Breakages
The customer is responsible for damage or breakages internal/external of the property and contents rented caused by any party member. All our properties require a security deposit to cover damages/breakages amounting to one week’s rent. This will be returned in full, less any deductions for breakages, within one week of the customer vacating the property.

Non - assignment
The accommodation provided by Cubana Holiday Homes Pvt Ltd is for the use of the persons named on the final invoice and confirmed by us. Subletting, sharing or assignment is absolutely prohibited. The properties are booked for normal holiday use only and pets/animals are not allowed. If, in the opinion of ourselves, accommodation manager or other person in authority, you are behaving in such a way as to cause danger, distress or annoyance to others or damage to property, your holiday arrangements may be terminated by either ourselves or the supplier concerned. In this situation we will have no liability to you and will not be responsible for making any refund, paying any compensation or meeting any costs or expenses you incur as a result. Further, you must meet any expenses we incur as a result of your behaviour.  

Your Obligations
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they arrive at the place of departure in adequate time and with the correct travel documents. Any loss or damage that the client suffers through failure to do so, is the responsibility of the client and we accept no liability for the client's failure to accept this obligation. We reserve the right to terminate the holiday of any client or party member without notice where the client's conduct or behaviour or that of any member of the party for which the client has accepted responsibility by signing the booking form, is disruptive or which affects the enjoyment of other holidaymakers or local residents. In terminating the holiday on such grounds, Cubana Holiday Homes Pvt Ltd does not accept any liability for any additional costs incurred, by the client or any member of the client's party. In addition, the client will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by us. All breakages or damages to the accommodation must be reported immediately and these must be paid for locally before vacating the villa or apartment. We also reserve the right to charge for damage or breakages not reported and found after departure. All our properties are non smoking.

Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday through circumstances beyond our control, we shall make every endeavor to offer you suitable alternatives (without any charge to you). If the alternative is not acceptable to you, you should notify us by return and we will refund ALL monies paid. The above offer will not apply where the cancellation by us arises out of non- payment or late payment of any part of the cost of the holiday when cancellation charges will apply. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any matter outside the reasonable control of the company, including (but not limited to) Acts of God, War, Civil Disturbance, Strikes or other Industrial Actions, Acts of Government or failure of public supplies. For example, telephone and cable TV services, water and electricity supplies and electricity voltage which can fluctuate and at times may be insufficient to power air-conditioning units, TVs and stereo equipment particularly during peak usage periods i.e. 6-11pm. Neither is the company responsible for noise or disturbance originating beyond the boundaries of the holiday accommodation or which is beyond the control of the company. We do not accept liability where the performance and/or prompt performance of our contract is affected or prevented by reason of circumstance amounting to force majeure.
